"Spell"
Mendel Art Gallery
Jonathan was involved in this project as co-curator with Toronto artist Jordan Broadworth. "Spell" was an exhibition of abstract painitngs from eastern and western artists organized by the Mendel Art Gallery, Saskatoon. Show toured to the Robert MacLaughlin Gallery, Oshawa and the Thames Art Gallery, Chatham, ON.

"Emma Lake Artists Worksop 2005"

Jonathan was the coordinator of the 2005 Emma Lake Artists Workshop, a two week workshop where about 30 artists got together for an intense work session. Guest leaders were Robert Christie (Saskatoon) and Ron Shuebrook (Toronto) and the workshop was held at Emma Lake, Saskatchewan in July/August 2005.

"Lodestar"
Kenderdine Gallery, University of Saskatchewan
A consideration of the influences of twelve senior Saskatchewan artists, all members of the Royal Canadian Academy, upon next generation artists. In this multi-generational project, senior artists will select younger artists whose work is of personal interest to each. The "second generation" artist's have been impacted to varying degrees through the senior artist's visibility and in some cases via direct mentoring influences. This project has received support from the National Council of the Royal Canadian Academy, with the cross generational and mentoring aspects of the project being of particular interest to the R.C.A.
